National Sunday School Directors’ Seminar

Are you ready to accelerate life-change through your Sunday School?

Unlike any other event you've ever attended, the National Sunday School Director Seminar is totally devoted to the Sunday School Director! This two-day seminar focuses on the role of the Sunday School Director and how he or she carries out that role. Sunday School Directors gain a new understanding about the importance of the role, how to build a strong Sunday School team, growing the Sunday School, reaching people for Christ, developing life-transforming teaching, and building a strategy for the Sunday School.

The National Sunday School Director Seminar is for:

  • Sunday School Directors
  • Division and Department Directors
  • Pastors and Ministers of Education

A variety of conference leaders provide training through 5 intensive general sessions and 20-30 targeted special interest conferences focusing on all aspects of the work of the Sunday School Director. And beginning this year, participants can choose between basic and advanced tracks at some locations.

What will NSSDS do for you?

  • EQUIP Sunday School Directors to serve effectively in all areas of Sunday School work
  • DELIVER practical tools for all aspects of Sunday School work
  • FACILITATE opportunities to network with other Sunday School directors
  • BUILD team spirit among the Sunday School director, minister of education, pastor, and division and department directors

National Sunday School Director Seminars are specifically designed for Sunday School Directors, but are valuable in equipping pastors and ministers of education with skills in building a strategy for their Sunday School and strengthening their work with their Sunday School Directors.

Your registration fee includes:

  • 13 hours of training
  • Four elective conferences (choose from 20-30 topics)

Associational Intentionally Evangelistic Church Strategy Training

Led by: Marty Dupree of the Baptist State Convention of NC

This seminar uses a five-part strategy to teach churches to be intentional in fulfilling the Great Commission. The biblical basis for IECS is found in Acts 2:41-47. Rather than being just one person’s successful paradigm, this approach takes insights from more than 100 pastors who are effectively and consistently evangelistic.
